- Day 1 Welcome to Xining Arrival in Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province. Time to rest after your journey and get your first taste of the Silk Road atmosphere. In the evening, you will meet the expedition team and learn the details of the upcoming adventure.
- Day 2 Zhangye Danxia Rainbow Mountains Set off for one of China’s most spectacular landscapes. Along the way, admire the panorama of Gangshika Snow Peak and—depending on the season—vast fields of blooming rapeseed in the Menyuan region. The day culminates at the extraordinary Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park, renowned for its multicolored rock formations that resemble a natural work of art.

- Day 3 Gateway to the Silk Road Drive to the historic Jiayuguan Pass fortress, considered the western end of the Great Wall of China. Afterward, travel to Dunhuang, one of the most important cities on the ancient Silk Road. Spend the evening exploring local flavors and the atmospheric night market.

- Day 4 Treasures of Dunhuang and a Desert Oasis A day dedicated to the legendary Mogao Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
